What kind of projects do you do?

I do tons of photography, videography and graphic design. If you have something that may not relate to these categories, please feel free to reach out anyway! We can always discuss it!

Question 2

How long can I expect to wait for my files?

For most projects it really depends on what needs to be done, so its tough to give an accurate estimate, however here is a rough idea on wait times:

Photography: 2-3 weeks +/-
Videography 1 month minimum (unless there are tight time constraints)
Graphic Design: Project and complexity dependent

What happens if I can't attend/need to reschedule our shoot/meeting?

Don't worry! The earlier you let me know the better, but ideally please let me know 48 hours in advance and we can for sure try and work out another arrangement!

Question 4

How will I get my files?

For photos, videos, and graphic design I deliver it electronically through various file transfer sites!

If you desire files on a USB or physical device, the device will be purchased by me and billed to you in addition to the contract details

Can I upload the files/publish them somewhere?

YES! Go ahead and do so and share it with others!

Along with that, please tag me @kandidvision_media, I'd love to see when you upload them but it also really helps support my business too!

Question 6

If we go over the time in the shoot, will there be an extra charge?

In most cases - yes. I'm not heartless though, if we go a little over I don't mind

Are deposits refundable?

Unfortunately, no. If you book the time, I've already set up my schedule to accommodate you and the project specified. I've likely turned away work at that point so that's a fair middle ground for us both for it to be non refundable.

Do you do physical products (ex: photo prints)

YES! I do photo prints, books and most other products at your request! I will find a good quality item for you and purchase/make it accordingly, this will include a markup on the product's price to accommodate my labor input

Do you keep everything backed up?

YES! I do have everything stored and backed up

Do you provide RAWs/out takes?

Accepted Answer

NO SORRY! I like to make sure my quality is maintained through all the projects I do therefore RAWs or out takes are retained by me

I called you, why didn't you pickup?

With how many spam, telemarketer and random calls that come through, I typically don't pickup calls unless you've contacted me prior to calling.

Please text message (on my phone number) or contact through my various linked social channels to let me know you are calling. Alternatively, feel free to leave a voicemail if you don't want to do the above

What kind of equipment do you use and can I make any requests?

Photo: DSLR (currently)
Video: DSLR/Gimbal
Graphics: Computer with Adobe Software

If you want me to use something specific, the cost to rent and liability is to be covered by you and must be brought to my attention at least a week in advance (especially if rental equipment is needed)

Just me. I typically operate alone but if required or requested I can find/work with others to accomplish desired output/coverage
